Patricia Ashcraft, Managing Attorney

Patricia Moore Ashcraft graduated with her Jurist Doctor Degree from Western State University in May of 1983 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 1983. She began her career as a Bank Executive and then continued on to become the Vice President and managed the collection and bankruptcy departments for large financial institutions. She opened her Bankruptcy practice in the Riverside County area in 1998 and has consistently practiced this area of law over the years. Martindale-Hubble ranked her as a Class A Peer-Rated attorney. She offers a comfortable atmosphere with the warmth of being family owned and operated.

Joselina Medrano, Attorney

Joselina Lopez Medrano graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in English, and received her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1992. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the District of Columbia Bar, and the State Bar of New York. Ms. Medrano has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court- Southern District of California and the United States District Court- Central District of California. She was a sole practitioner focusing on estate planning and probate law in San Diego County until she joined The Ashcraft Firm in 2008.
